piña colada smoothie bowl

you will need: 

1 cup pineapple chunks

½ cup bananas

½ cup coconut cream

¼ cup coconut milk

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

one whole seed pad broccoli microgreen

granola

berries 

 

preparation: 

step one: add the pineapple chunks, bananas, coconut cream and milk, honey, and microgreens into a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.

step two: serve in a glass or the pineapple shell. top with granola, berries, and microgreens before serving.
